Ozzie is a 19 lb Miniature Schnauzer born in December 2025. He is not your typical yappy schnauzer. He’s calm, quiet, and happiest when he’s near his people. He’ll follow you from room to room and plop down at your feet wherever you settle.
He’s crate trained, leash trained, and has a solid sit. We’re working on down and stay now, and he’s picking things up quickly. Ozzie gets along with other dogs, though he likes a little time to warm up to new males. Once he’s had a chance to size them up, he settles in just fine.
Ozzie is neutered and current on his vaccines. Since his neuter was recent, he’s still outgrowing an occasional leg lift here at our house, where he shares space with several other dogs. Marking fades in the months after neutering, and a home with fewer dogs and a little consistency should help him finish the job. He’s otherwise very good in the house.
If you want a small, steady companion who’d rather be your shadow than bark at the mailman, Ozzie is your guy. Currently priced at $1500
